Kohat Board Releases Re-Checking & Appeal Schedule for HSSC




Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Kohat has officially announced the schedule for students who wish to apply for retotaling, retotaling with or without the display of answer scripts, Unfair Means UFM appeals, and grace marks for the HSSC Part-II Annual Examination 2025. This notification is issued for the awareness of all concerned candidates. The students can get the latest updates of Kohat Board Releases Re-Checking & Appeal Schedule for HSSC Part-II 2025.

Important Information on Retotaling, UFM Appeals, and Grace Marks Applications

According to the board, applications for retotaling with the show of paper can be submitted from February 2, 2026, to February 17, 2026, by paying a fee of Rs. 2500 per paper. Retotaling without the show of paper is also open during the same period, from February 2 to February 17, 2026, with a fee of Rs. 1000 per paper. The results for both retotaling categories will be announced after the completion of the processing of the cases.

The schedule further states that applications for UFM appeals will be accepted between February 2 and February 17, 2026, with an application fee of Rs. 2000. The results of UFM appeal cases will be declared on February 27, 2026. Students seeking grace marks can apply by paying a fee of Rs. 600, and such applications will be accepted from February 2, 2026, until the commencement of the next examination.

The board has clarified that applications for retotaling must be submitted online, and payments should be made through EasyPaisa or online-generated bank receipts in any branch of the National Bank of Pakistan under the jurisdiction of BISE Kohat. In addition, applicants for UFM appeals and grace marks are required to submit original documents, including fee receipts and relevant certificates. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Students are advised to follow the announced instructions carefully to ensure timely processing of their applications.
