KIU University Reopening Notice 2026 Issued for UG Exams
Undergraduate students have received an important academic update as Karakoram International University, Gilgit KIU has officially announced the KIU University Reopening Notice 2026. According to the notification, the university will reopen on 6th July 2026 to conduct the remaining undergraduate examination papers in two separate cohorts.
The KIU University Reopening Notice for UG Students 2026 explains that students from the Faculty of Engineering, Technology & Natural Sciences and the Faculty of Life Sciences will appear in examinations from 6th to 8th July 2026. Meanwhile, students from the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Arts & Humanities will take their examinations from 9th to 11th July 2026, while any remaining papers will be held on 12th July 2026.
Students are advised to carefully follow the KIU University Reopening Notice 2026 by reporting to the campus only on their scheduled examination dates. The KIU Gilgit has made it mandatory to carry a valid student ID card and original CNIC, while mobile phones, smart watches, electronic devices, and bags are strictly prohibited inside the campus.
