Khawaja Fareed SSH Dispenser Course Admission 2024

Important Information:

1. Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have a minimum educational qualification of Matriculation with at least second division in Science Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with a minimum aggregate of 45%. Additional marks will be awarded to individuals possessing the following qualifications: 
   • A FSC Pre-Medical with at least 45% marks = 20
   • B Hifz-e-Quran = 10
     
     
2. Age Limit: There is no age limit, and recently passed candidates will be given preference.
   
   
3. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates currently enrolled in any regular educational institution are not eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates affiliated with the Social Security Directorate Multan.
   
   
4. Application Process: Interested candidates can obtain the admission form from the hospitals Hifazati office by paying a fee of Rs. 100. Incomplete forms or those received after the specified date will not be considered.
   
   
5. Submission of Documents: Complete admission forms, along with educational certificates, domicile certificates, renewed Social Security Card 5-R photocopy with attested -CC form, character certificate, identity card or form B, and medical fitness certificate with an attested photo, must be submitted by December 30, 2023.
   
   
6. Interview Date: Interviews will commence on January 9, 2024, at 9:00 AM in the Medical Superintendents office. Original documents must be brought on the interview day.
   
   
7. Merit-Based Selection: Admission will be granted solely on merit. The initial list of successful candidates will be posted on the hospitals notice board on January 16, 2024.
   
   
8. Commencement of Classes: Classes are scheduled to start on January 22, 2024.
   
   
9. Reserved Quota for Protected Workers Children:
   • 75% for institution employees children
   • 5% for persons with disabilities special persons
