KDDP Announces Fully Funded Scholarships Opportunities 2025

The Kohat Division Development Project KDDP, in collaboration with the Higher Education Regulatory Authority HERA, is offering Scholarships Batch VI for eligible students belonging to the districts of Karak, Hangu, Kohat, and Lakki Marwat. Funded through Oil & Gas Royalty, these scholarships aim to support deserving students in pursuing diploma and certificate-level education in technical and professional disciplines.

The scholarships will cover tuition fees and a monthly stipend, as per the approved criteria, providing a vital opportunity for students to enhance their skills and career prospects.

Available Courses and Disciplines

Scholarships are available in the following diploma and certificate programs:

Diploma in Applied Engineering Petroleum Technology – 3 Years

Diploma in Applied Engineering Mechanical Technology – 3 Years

Diploma in Applied Engineering Civil Technology – 3 Years

Diploma in Applied Engineering Mining Technology – 3 Years

Diploma in Veterinary Science – 3 Years

Diploma in Allied Health Sciences – 2 Years

Diploma/Certificate Courses in Medical, Dental, LHV CNA, and CMW – 2 Years

Diploma/Certificate Courses in Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, Physiotherapy, and Audiology – 2 Years

Certificate Course in Honey Bee Farming Harvesting Honey and Wax – 3 to 6 Months

A total of 107 scholarships are available across the four districts, distributed among male and female candidates as per quota.

General Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for the scholarship:

NSER-BISP/PMT Score: Must be less than or equal to 45.

Domicile: Only residents of Kohat, Hangu, Karak, and Lakki Marwat are eligible.

Enrollment: Applicants must be enrolled in the first semester or first year of their respective diploma or certificate program at government institutes or universities.

5% of total seats are reserved for meritorious students from the eligible districts enrolled in private institutions across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Age Limit:

Diploma Courses: Maximum age limit is 30 years.

Certificate Courses: Maximum age limit is 32 years.

Note: HERA–KDDP reserves the right to increase, decrease, or any course in special or unavoidable circumstances.
