Karachi Board SSC Part 1 and 2 Annual Exam Schedule 2026
The Board of Secondary Education Karachi has officially issued the comprehensive date sheet for the SSC Part-I 9th Class and Part-II 10th Class Annual Examinations 2026. This announcement provides a clear roadmap for thousands of students across Karachi who are preparing for their matriculation finals. According to the boards notification, the examination cycle is set to begin in the first week of April 2026.
Shift Timings and Group Distribution
To ensure a smooth process at examination centers, the board has implemented a dual-shift system based on academic groups.
- Morning Session 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Reserved for the Science Group, including Computer Science and Biology students.
- Afternoon Session 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM: Reserved for the General Group Arts, Humanities, and Commerce. Note: Friday timings for the afternoon shift will be 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
Key Commencement Dates
The examinations will kick off with the 10th-grade subjects first.
- SSC Part-II Class X: Papers will officially commence on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
- SSC Part-I Class IX: Examinations for 9th-grade students will start on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
Mandatory Admit Cards and Guidelines
The BSEK administration has strictly instructed all candidates to bring their original roll number slips to the examination centers. Entry will be denied to any student without a valid admit card. Regular students are advised to collect their slips from their respective schools, while private candidates can download theirs from the official BSEK portal or receive them via post. Students are further reminded to reach their centers at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
