Karachi Board Inter Exams 2023 Proposed Changes Schedule
Karachi, Board of Intermediate Education Karachi has put forth a suggestion to reschedule the annual intermediate examinations starting from next year. This proposal arises from the increasing threat of heatwaves during May and June, which poses risks to the well-being of students. In a letter addressed to Sindhs Education Minister, Syed Sardar Shah, Prof. Saeeduddin, the Chairman of Karachi Intermediate Board, has recommended shifting the annual exams to April and May in the upcoming year. This change aims to alleviate the hazards associated with heatwaves during May and June, which have become more intense due to climate change.
Prof. Saeed Uddin has urged the steering committee to approve the proposed rescheduling of intermediate examinations during their upcoming meeting. Following the committees endorsement, the relevant authoritys approval will be sought to implement the revised exam schedule.
It is important to note that the annual intermediate examinations for this year commenced on May 30 and are currently underway across Sindh, including Karachi. The exams will continue until June 27.
