Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi BIEK, has issued a final notice for Private Candidates in the Commerce and Humanities groups for the HSC Part-I Annual Examss 2026. Recognizing the difficulties faced by students, the Chairman has approved a "Last Chance" window for those who are already registered but missed the initial deadline. The students can get the latest updates of Extended Deadline for BIEK HSC Part-I Private Candidates.
 
Key Submission Details:
  • Eligibility: Private candidates HSC Part-I in Commerce and Humanities groups who have already completed their registration.
  • Late Fee: An additional fee of Rs. 1,000/- applies.
  • Total Amount: The total payable amount for Part-I is Rs. 4,100/- Regular fee of Rs. 3,100 + Late fee of Rs. 1,000.
  • Schedule: Forms will be accepted from Thursday, April 2, 2026, to Thursday, April 16, 2026.
 
Procedure for Submission
To ensure your application is processed, please follow these steps:
  1. Download: Obtain the Exams form and fee voucher from the official BIEK website at [www.biek.edu.pk]http://www.biek.edu.pk.
  2. Attestation: The form must be attested by a Grade-17 officer or above from the Education Department, such as a Principal or Head Master of a government school/college.
  3. Payment: Deposit the prescribed fee at any branch of United Bank Limited UBL into Account No. UBL-CMA-252536591.
  4. Submission: The completed form and the bank fee receipt must be submitted to the relevant section of the Board office in Karachi on the same day or the following day after payment.
 
Important Note: Failure to submit the form at the Board office after paying the fee will result in the forfeiture of the fee, and the Board will not be held responsible for the candidates exclusion from the exams. The late fee is strictly intended to cover the administrative costs of processing applications after the standard deadline.
