Islamia College Peshawar, a historic institution renowned for academic excellence and its contribution to education in the region, is now accepting applications for the One-Year Diploma in Professional Clinical Psychology for the session 2025–26. Initiated in February 2010 with the support of the prestigious Institute of Clinical Psychology, University of Karachi, this program quickly established itself as one of the leading training avenues for aspiring clinical psychologists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Over the years, the Department of Psychology, Islamia College Peshawar, has expanded its reputation, offering exceptional training facilities and providing high-quality mental health services to the community.
With fourteen successful sessions completed, many diploma graduates have secured positions in reputable national institutions, demonstrating the strength and credibility of the program. Islamia College remains committed to maintaining a scientist–practitioner model, emphasizing both theoretical knowledge and supervised clinical practice to prepare competent mental health professionals.

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications from an HEC-recognized institution:
BS 4-Year in Psychology
M.A / M.Sc in Psychology
Equivalent degree in Psychology
