Islamabads Safe City Cameras Promote Go to School Campaign
In an effort to bolster the well-being and education of Islamabads young population, the Safe City Command and Control Center has officially initiated the "go to school" campaign, as announced via a post on the official Islamabad Capital Territory ICT Police social media page. This initiative is part of the citys ongoing commitment to prioritize the safety and education of its children. The parents of the students, teachers and schools can get the latest updates of Islamabads Safe City Cameras Promote "Go to School" Campaign.
The inaugural move of this campaign featured the deployment of the Safe City surveillance cameras. These cameras identified over twenty students who were conspicuously absent from their schools and colleges, instead wandering in various entertainment areas, markets, and suburbs of the city.
Swift and vigilant action was taken as these underage students were detected, leading to their prompt escort to nearby police stations. At the stations, they were reunited with their parents, ensuring their safety and overall well-being.
The Islamabad Capital Police, under the leadership of the Chief Police Officer of Safe City/Traffic, reaffirmed their unwavering dedication to the nations future, emphasizing that students represent the most invaluable asset of the country. This campaign underscores their commitment to affording every child the opportunity for a promising and prosperous future.
