HIAST Exam Form Deadline Extension Notice 2025 Released
The Hyderabad Institute of Arts, Science and Technology HIAST has announced a new update under the University of Sindh, notifying students about the Online Exam Form Filling Date Extension Notice 2025. The circular, issued by the Controller of Examinations Semester on October 28, 2025, extends the deadline for submission of examination forms and fees for several undergraduate programs.
Revised Deadline and Applicable Programs
According to the official notification, the last date for online semester examination form submission for the 1st Semester Examinations 2024 & 2025 has now been extended till November 10, 2025, without any late fee. This extension applies to the BBA Hons 4-Year Program Regular/Failure, BS Software Engineering, and BS Information Technology Regular Only programs. The previous submission deadline was October 28, 2025, but it has been further extended considering the requests received from multiple affiliated colleges.
Submission Guidelines for Affiliated Colleges
All Public and Private Affiliated Colleges/Institutes are directed to submit examination forms by November 12, 2025, at the office of the Controller of Examinations, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. The university also clarified that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged, as per the earlier notification No. Exam/Sem/Cond:/215 dated September 30, 2025.
HIAST’s Facilitation for Students
This HIAST Online Exam Form Filling Date Extension Notice 2025 aims to facilitate students who were unable to complete their submission within the previous timeline. The decision ensures that no eligible student faces inconvenience due to administrative or technical delays. HIAST and its affiliated institutions under the University of Sindh continue to provide flexible solutions for students’ academic needs.
