HED Balochistan BE & BS Engineering Admissions 2026-2027

The Higher Education Department HED Government of Balochistan has invited applications from eligible local and domicile holders of Balochistan for admission to Bachelor of Engineering BE and Bachelor of Science BS Engineering programs in public sector engineering universities and colleges across Pakistan for the 2026–2027 academic session. This admission opportunity is available under the provincial reserved seats allocated for students from Balochistan, providing aspiring engineers with access to quality engineering education at leading institutions nationwide.

Applicants must have passed the FSc Pre-Engineering examination or an equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant authorities. Candidates who are awaiting the result of the annual examination of FSc Pre-Engineering Part II 2026 may also apply using their Part-I result certificate. However, final admission will remain subject to the submission of the complete academic result and fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria.

Distribution of Reserved Seats Across Engineering Institutions

The Government of Balochistan has allocated reserved seats under different admission categories to ensure equal educational opportunities. These include:

01 seat for Diploma in Associate Engineering DAE candidates on provincial merit in the University of Engineering and Technology UET Lahore.

02 seats reserved for minority candidates on provincial merit.

01 seat reserved for female candidates on provincial merit.

01 seat reserved for physically challenged disabled candidates.

01 seat reserved for children of employees serving in the Higher Education Department, Balochistan.

09 seats allocated for students from the colleges of technology across Balochistan.

91 seats available on district-wise merit for eligible candidates from all districts of the province.

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

Candidates applying for these HED engineering admissions in Balochistan must fulfill the following conditions:

Hold a valid local or domicile certificate of Balochistan.

Secure at least 60% marks in FSc Pre-Engineering or an equivalent examination.

Applicants awaiting Part-II results may apply using their Part-I marks.

Admission will be granted strictly according to the official admission policy and merit criteria mentioned in the prospectus.

Candidates already admitted to any engineering institution under these reserved seats must disclose previous admissions, as concealment may result in cancellation of candidature and legal action.
