HEC Undergraduate Scholarships Balochistan & Former FATA Students

• Possess a local certificate or domicile from Balochistan or FATA.


• Have completed 12 years of education FA/FSc/ICom/ICS/DAE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.


• Be no older than 22 years on the application closing date.


• Fulfill all academic qualification requirements by the deadline.


• Not be receiving any other HEC or government scholarship.

• Coverage of tuition fees and related costs including hostel fees up to Rs. 60,000 per semester or year.


• A monthly stipend of Rs. 6,000 with an annual increase of Rs. 500.


• An annual book allowance of Rs. 5,000.


• A yearly travel allowance of Rs. 5,000.


• A one-time settlement allowance of Rs. 10,000 at the start of the study period.

• Submit an online application via the HEC portal at www.hec.gov.pk/site/bf3.


• There is no need to submit hard copies of documents at this stage.


• Pay the PKR 500 application processing fee through 1Link 1Bill using participating banks, ATMs, mobile and internet banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Upaisa.


• Verify the payment by clicking "Verify Online Payment" in the application form.


• Ensure all sections of the application are fully completed, as incomplete submissions will not be processed.

• The test fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.


• Any issues or complaints must be resolved before the registration portal closes.


• HEC reserves the right to cancel or delay the scholarship process at any time without prior notice.
