HEC Scholarships for Balochistan Coastal Regions

Higher Education Commission HEC is pleased to announce undergraduate scholarships for students residing in the coastal regions of Balochistan. This initiative is designed to support exceptional students from the districts of Gwadar, Lasbela/Hub, Kech Turbat, and Awaran in Balochistan who aspire to pursue undergraduate studies at HEC-recognized public or private sector universities and degree-awarding institutions DAIs across Pakistan. These scholarships encompass all areas of study and disciplines, falling under the project titled, "Coastal Region Higher Education Scholarship Programme for Balochistan." Application Process:

Prospective applicants can conveniently submit their scholarship applications online. We encourage all eligible students to take advantage of this opportunity. The application deadline is November 30, 2023.

How to Apply for the Balochistan Coastal Region Scholarship:

To initiate the application process, candidates are required to complete and submit their applications online via the HEC website. There is no need to send hard copies of admission applications or any documents at this initial stage.

Along with their online application, applicants must deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 500/- into Habib Bank Limited, Account Number: 1742 7900 1334 01, under the title of Account: Higher Education Commission, Branch Code: 1742. It is imperative to upload the original bank payment record/slip with the online application. Additionally, applicants are advised to keep the original bank deposit slip safe for presentation at the test center, as it is mandatory for test admission. Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered, and applicants should submit their applications after they are duly filled.

Its important to mention that HEC retains the right to either postpone or cancel the scholarship process at any stage, without the obligation to provide a specific reason.
