HEC Not Promoting University Students without Exams

Some fake news are rumoring on the social media for last few days that the University students of all programs will be promoted without taking their exams and the HEC has accorded the approval for the promotion of the students of university without their exams. Due to spreading of the Coronavirus pandemic all over the country, the schools, colleges and universities are closed and the students are staying in their homes. HEC also started the online classes for the universities in order to avoid the loss of the precious year of the students. Now Higher Education Commission made it clear that all these news regarding promotion of university students without their exams and the stopping of the online university classes are fake and these news have no concern with the HEC at all.
