HEC MBBS Scholarship Offered by Cuban Government

• Attainment of a minimum of 70% marks in FSc Pre-Medical or equivalent.
• Achievement of a minimum of 60% marks in Matriculation exams SSC/O Level.
• Age between 18-25 years as of the application closing date.
• All Pakistani/AJK nationals are eligible to apply.
• Submission of a valid USAT-M test score obtained after January 2022.

• Tuition fees for the MBBS program.
• Accommodation and toiletries within a hostel.
• Food allowance as per Cuban regulations.
• Stipend amounting to 100 Cuban Pesos per month for living expenses.
• A one-time grant of Rs 300,000/- provided to the scholarship recipient after their departure to Cuba. Requires a functioning bank account in Pakistan

• Visit the HEC website.
• Register and complete your profile.
• Select "Learning Opportunities Abroad" after submitting the application.
• Print a copy of the submitted application for the applicants signature.
• The HEC online application portal will close on August 31, 2023.

• Copy of the HEC application form signed.
• SSC Certificate/DMC/Degree with IBCC attestation OR O-Level Certificate Science Group with IBCC equivalence.
• F.Sc. Certificate/DMC/Degree with IBCC attestation OR A-Level Certificate Pre-Medical with IBCC equivalence.
• Birth Certificate issued by NADRA.
• Father or Guardians CNIC copy.
• No Criminal record certificate Original.
• Photocopy of a valid passport validity over 6 months.
• Original Medical Certificate with a report of HIV/AIDS, attested by Medical Superintendent of District Head Quarter Government Hospital and further by Ministry of Foreign Affairs MoFA.
