The candidates, who want to get education in the foreign degree programs, they can read that HEC Offers Foreign Degree Programs in Pakistan by allowing the foreign universities to start their educational activities, they seek approval of HEC to start their degree programs in the approved degree programs. The foreign university can set up their own campus in Pakistan or they can provide education by giving franchise to local universities or institutes. All degree or programs, which are not approved by HEC, will be considered as fake or illegal.
