Health Department Government of Sindh Admissions 2025 LHV
The Health Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications from eligible female candidates for admission 2025 in the 27-month Lady Health Visitor LHV professional training course at Public Health Schools located in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas andTharparkar.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
FSc Pre-Medical with at least 45% marks from any recognized Board of Intermediate Education in Sindh.
Matric Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as compulsory subjects with at least 45% marks, only if seats remain vacant.
Age Limit:
Between 14 to 35 years as per Pakistan Nursing Council regulations.
Domicile:
Must hold Sindh province domicile.
Admission Form and Fee:
Application form available at the Principal’s Office of the respective Public Health Schools Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar.
Form Fee: Rs. 200/-
Required Documents Attested Copies:
Matric certificate showing date of birth
FSc Pre-Medical pass certificate and marks sheet
Matric marks sheetDomicile and PRC Form-C
Character certificate from the last attended school/institute or a recognized authority
National Identity Card CNIC
Four passport-sized photographs attested from the back
Stipend and Hostel Facility:
No stipend will be paid for the first 3 months of training.
After 3 months, candidates will appear in a PTS exam.
Upon passing, candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 3240/- including allowances uniform etc..
Hostel accommodation is available, but candidates must deposit 3 months hostel charges in advance if opting to stay.

15th & 16th September 2025
To be held at the institute where the application was submitted
Other Instructions:
Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
Applicants must follow COVID-19 SOPs masks, sanitizers, etc. on the test day.
No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
Final selection will be subject to approval by the Director General Health Services Sindh.
