Government College of Technology Admissions 2025 Diploma Programs

Government College of Technology is pleased to announce admissions for the Three-Year Diploma of Associate Engineering DAE programs for the session 2026–2028. Applications are invited from eligible local domicile holders of Balochistan.

 Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualification:
Matriculation SSC with Science subjects or equivalent F.Sc Pre-Engineering/I.C.S.
Age Limit:
Maximum age should not exceed 21 years as of 1st October 2025.
Merit Criteria:
Admissions will be based on a written entry test consisting of objective-type questions in the following subjects:
English
Mathematics
Physics
Chemistry
Final merit will be calculated as follows:
50% weightage from Matric/F.Sc marks in the above subjects
50% from entry test performance
Note: The entry test schedule will be announced later.

 Application Process
Forms can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 1000/- via challan. Challan forms are available at the institute or can be downloaded.

Submission Deadline:
Complete application forms along with all attested documents must be submitted by 5th August 2025.
Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.

 Required Documents Attested Copies:
Three 3 copies of academic certificates and character certificate from school/college
Three 3 copies of local domicile certificate
Three 3 copies of B-Form or CNIC
Eight 8 recent passport-size photographs white background
Stamp paper
Three 3 self-addressed, registered envelopes
 Note: Documents sent via WhatsApp or scanned images will not be accepted. Only clear and attested photocopies will be considered valid.

 Important Notes:
Admission to reserved seats for Balochistan will be done strictly on merit basis.
All information regarding entry tests and merit lists will be communicated by the institute in due course.
