Government Announces 48 Reserved Seats for Balochistan Student in F.A F.Sc & ICS

The Directorate of Colleges & Higher Education Balochistan, Quetta invites applications from eligible candidates of Balochistan local/domicile holders for admission against 48 reserved seats in F.A, F.Sc, and ICS programs in reputed colleges of sister provinces for the session 2026–27.

2. Application Procedure

Interested candidates must apply online through the official portal:

3. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions:
Must have passed Matric Annual Examination 2026 or within the last one year
•Minimum marks required:
60% marks in Matric Science Group
45% marks in Matric Arts Group
•Must have studied in schools located within their respective domicile area
•Students awaiting results may apply on a hope certificate

Seats are available in F.Sc Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, General Science, Computer Science, and Arts groups under open merit reserved quota.

Eligibility: Minimum 45% marks in Matric Arts/Science

5. Merit Criteria

Selection will be strictly based on merit as per policy:
•Maximum age limit: 18 years
•Minimum required marks:
60% Science group
45% Arts group
•Entry Test minimum passing marks: 50%
•Merit formula:
Matric Marks: 50% weightage
Entry Test: 50% weightage
•1% deduction per gap year after Matric
•Final selection will be according to institutional policy and merit

6. Important Instructions

•Application fee: Rs. 1000/-
•Fee must be deposited in UBL before applying
•Applications after 30 April 2026 will not be accepted
•Candidates must carefully fill the form; no changes allowed after submission

7. Required Documents for Entry Test

Candidates must bring:
•Original CNIC / B-Form
•Paid challan slip
•Printed application form
•Recent passport-size photograph
•Signature and thumb impression

8. Important Warning

•Fake documents will result in immediate rejection and legal action
•Incorrect information or tampering will lead to disqualification and 3-year ban
•Only shortlisted candidates will submit hard documents
•Local certificates must be verified by Deputy Commissioner
