Google Bolo App for Children Learning Urdu & Other Languages

Google is the network platform to provide different apps to people and now it has given the access to people on its Read Along Android applications to the people, who are staying in home due to lockdown. They can avail the text to speech of Google, which is the android application and the speech recognition technology is providing the real time feedback and the children can read the stories aloud. First, Read Along was introduced in India and after getting tremendous response from there, this app is announced in 180 countries all over the world and this app will help the children to improve their English learning skills, and Bolo will help the children of Pakistan to improve their Urdu reading through the locally inspired stories.



Bolo is the Read Along features in-app reading buddy and the kid read it in loud voice with the use of text-to-speech of Diya of Google and the speech recognition technology will detect whether the students is struggling in reading or he reads the passage successfully.



The training is given to Diya to provide the positive and reinforcing feedback to the students along the way and it is also done with the teachers and parents. During the pronouncing of the words, if a child is facing problems, he/she can tap Diya at any time to seek help from it. This app will help the children to learn at their own pace and the parents have flexibility in creating various profiles for different readers.
