GIKI Announces MS & PhD Admissions Schedule for Fall 2025 Semester
The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology GIKI, Swabi has officially opened applications for its MS and PhD programs for the Fall 2025 Semester. The GIKI Admissions 2025 for graduate programs are a great opportunity for aspiring researchers and scholars aiming to join one of Pakistan’s top engineering institutions.
According to the GIKI Graduate Programs Admissions Schedule 2025, the application deadline is July 4, 2025, and supporting documents such as recommendation letters must be received by July 7, 2025. The GIKI Admission Test will be held on July 24, 2025, followed by interviews online/physical on July 29–30, 2025. The Fall 2025 semester officially begins on September 1, 2025.
Applicants must submit a printed copy of the online application form along with attested academic documents, two recommendation letters, a statement of purpose, and a research proposal for PhD applicants. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500 must be deposited to the designated account.
Candidates may qualify for exemption from the admission test if they have passed ETS GRE General or HEC ETC HAT Test. However, those without these results must take the GIKI Admission Test, which follows a GRE-like pattern.
GIKI also offers interdisciplinary programs and allows credit transfer with advanced standing, ensuring flexibility and academic continuity. Applicants should follow the submission guidelines strictly—using A-4 size paper, no staples, and clearly marking their envelope with the degree applied for.
The GIKI Merit List 2025 will be announced after evaluation of test results and interviews. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly and prepare thoroughly for the upcoming assessments.
