Admission Announcement 2023: Government Graduate College of Science Wahdat Road Lahore - BS 5th Semester Alternate MA/MSc 2023-25

Government Graduate College of Science, Wahdat Road, Lahore, is pleased to announce admissions for the 5th Semester Alternate MA/MSc for the academic year 2023-25. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring students to pursue their education in various science disciplines, including Mathematics, Zoology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Admission Departments: The college invites applications for the 5th Semester Alternate MA/MSc in the following departments:

Mathematics

Zoology

Chemistry

Physics

Admission Form Availability: Admission forms can be obtained from Mission Pens between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Submission Deadline: Completed admission forms must be submitted to the respective department by October 16, 2023. A separate form should be submitted for each department.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications: To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed the Associate Degree Arts or Science BA/B.Sc examination or its equivalent degree in the previous session. A minimum of a second division is required.

Preference for Supplementary Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the Arts or Science BA/BSc Annual Examination 2023 Supplementary 2022.

Age Limit: The age of candidates seeking admission should not exceed 20 years as of October 16, 2023.

Applicants must attach the following documents with the admission form:

Certified copies of Matric, Intermediate, Associate Degree, and Honors, Science BA/BSc result cards.

Part One result card and the result of Part Two if available.

One certified copy of the candidates National Identity Card and their fathers.

Two passport size photographs.

If the candidate is not a resident of Punjab and is pursuing Arts or Science not BA, an NOC is required, verifying that they are not employed in any organization during the admission period.

Admission will be granted based on the merit policy of the Punjab Government and Jamia Manjab. As per the University policy, new students who achieved excellence in World Education, Science BA/BSc in 2022 or earlier will be eligible for scholarships or other incentives.

Important Dates

The admission process commenced on October 18, 2022, and will continue until the completion of the admission process. The official Facebook page, Kalis acs, will provide further details at 4:00 PM.
