GCU Lahore 1st Merit List Spring 2026 BS Admissions Fee Deadline

Government College University Lahore GCU has officially released the First Merit Lists for several Bachelor of Science BS programs for the Spring 2026 session. This is a crucial update for candidates seeking admission across various disciplines.

Critical Fee Submission Deadline

All provisionally selected candidates on the First Merit List for BS programs must secure their admission by the specified deadline.

Failure to deposit the admission dues by this date will result in the cancellation of the provisional admission, and the seat will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.

Programs Covered by the Merit Lists

The first merit lists have been issued for a wide range of programs, including both Regular Open Merit and Self Supporting bases. Lists are also available for specific categories like A-Level/Equivalent and Old GCU for internal candidates.

Selected Programs in the 1st Merit List

The published lists include, but are not limited to, the following BS programs:

Sciences: Agriculture, Botany Open Merit and A-Level, Chemistry, Microbiology, Physics, Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System, and Statistics.
Arts & Social Sciences: Art History, Disaster Management, Gender & Climate Change, Geography, Global Studies, History, Islamic Studies, Persian, Philosophy, Translation Studies, and Urdu.
Self-Supporting/Other Bases: Entrepreneurship Self Supporting, Environmental Science Self Supporting, and various Old GCU and A-Level lists.

Admission Finalization and Requirements

Admission remains provisional until the final verification of all academic credentials is complete.

Fee Challan: Students selected for the Main Campus should obtain their fee challans from their respective Academic Departments.
Required Documents: To collect the fee challan, candidates generally need to present the original admission form, original academic certificates, photographs, and attested copies of their academic certificates, CNIC/B-Form, and Parents CNIC.
