GCCM Admissions 2025 1st Year

Girls Cadet College Mardan GCCM is pleased to announce the admission process for the academic session 2026. The college offers a prestigious and disciplined academic environment for young girls, focusing on holistic development and academic excellence.

GCCM Admissions are open for the following programs:

10th Entry for Class 8th

5th Special Entry for 1st Year Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical Groups

1. Eligibility Criteria

a. Class 8th

Age Requirement: 12 to 14 years as on 1st April 2026.

Academic Requirement: Candidates must have passed Class 7th at the time of admission. If the result is pending, candidates can apply with a Hope Certificate from their school.

Medical Fitness: Medical fitness is mandatory for all applicants.

b. Class 1st Year Pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical Groups

Age Requirement: 15 to 17 years as on 1st April 2026.

Academic Requirement: Candidates must have passed Class 9th with at least 70% marks and must have appeared for the SSC examination at the time of admission. Candidates who have not yet received their SSC-II results can apply with a Hope Certificate from the Principal stating that the student will secure an overall 80% marks in the SSC-II Examination.

Document Requirement: Candidates must attach the DMC Detailed Marks Certificate of Class 9th with the application.

Medical Fitness: Medical fitness is mandatory for all applicants.

2. Entrance Test

The entrance test for all applicants will be held at the present campus of Girls Cadet College Mardan, located on Nisatta Road, Mardan. The test will be conducted as per the following schedule:

Class 8th: 30th November 2025

Class 1st Year: 8th February 2026

Candidates are advised to make sure they are available for the test on the mentioned dates.

3. Prospectus and Admission Forms

Prospectus along with the admission forms, syllabus, and model papers are available for download on the official website.

Prospectus Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- is required for processing the application. This amount must be deposited in the designated bank account, and the deposit slip must be attached with the admission form.

4. Important Dates

Last Date for Submission of Forms Class 8th: 14th November 2025

Last Date for Submission of Forms Class 1st Year: 26th January 2026

Ensure that you submit the completed application form along with all necessary documents before the deadline.

5. Selection Process

All seats for the various programs will be filled strictly on merit, following the specified quotas. Applicants are encouraged to complete the application process accurately and on time to ensure consideration based on merit.
