Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant in USA 2021

The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan USEFP has offered the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant program for the English language teachers in Pakistan. This course is offered to the Pakistani teachers in order to improve their skills and enhance their English language proficiency. This course has the duration of nine months and FLTA will teach the languages of Urdu and Pashto in the American Colleges and Universities. This fully-funded program will be started in Fall 2022.

According to the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant in USA 2021, the participants of this course may assist in this course for up to 20 hours of language classes a week and they are required to enroll in at least two courses per semester and one of the course must be US Studies.

Fulbright FLTA Eligibility Criteria

•Pakistani national having valid Pakistani Passport.
•Resident in Pakistan throughout nomination and selection process.
•Be a young, early career educator.
•Minimum of 16 years of formal education.
•Be a teacher of English language or a related field at the college or university level.
•Prior teaching experience is preferred.

How to Apply for Fulbright FLTA Program 2022

The interested candidates may send their application forms with academic transcripts, letters of reference online by the deadline, which is 13-07-2021. The women, people with disabilities, and candidates from KPK, AJK, GB, Balochistan, Northern Sindh and Southern Punjab are encouraged to apply for this course.
