Final SSC & HSSC Marking System for All Students in Pakistan

The Federal Minister for Education has announced the detailed policy of the marking system for the matric and inter classes students. He conducted the hour long meeting with board chairmen and the educational ministers of all provinces and they have made the unanimous decision to manage their exact marking systems for the students of all nook and corners of Pakistan. SSC-I and HSSC-I

The federal government has made the decision that the educational boards will not conduct the matric and intermediate classes annual exams. The students will be promoted to the next higher classes and the 9th and 11th class students will go in to the next class and they will start their education in the new promoted class. This decision will be implemented to the regular and private students. It is also decided that the 9th and 11th classes students, who will promote to the next classes, they will not appear in the composite exams in 2021 and they will appear only in the 10th and 12th classes exams respectively for the respective certificate during next year. The students will have to perform well and their performance in the next year will be calculated for the average marking of the students for this year, in which they will be promoted without taking any kind of exams.

SSC-II and HSSC-II

The students of 10th and 12th classes will be promoted to the next classes on the basis of their performance in the past year. The students, who have the satisfactory performance in previous years, they will be promoted to the next class. The promoted students will be awarded three percent marks increment in the result of their previous year exams in order to calculate the marks for this year.

Failing and Improving Students

The federal education minister said that the students, who are failed in 40% of the subjects or less, in the 9th and 11th classes, they will be awarded with the passing marks but the students, who are failed in over 40% of the subjects in 11th grade, they will not be awarded with passing marks and they will appear in the special exams after preparing for additional subjects, which are going to held at any time during September to November. The marks of the passing students will be calculated on cumulative basis and not the subject wise.

Special Exams Dates

The federal minister asked the students to appear in the special exams to improve their marks and they need to contact with their respective boards by July 01 of this and the exams will be held from September to November this year at any time, which will be announced by the relevant board of the students.
