Pursuing Excellence in Nursing Education: Admission Notice for the 2024-2027 Session at the College of Nursing, Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad

The College of Nursing at FGPC offers a Generic BS Nursing program, a four-year degree program that equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field of healthcare. This program is designed to meet international standards and is essential for those aspiring to become competent nurses.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed FSC Pre Medical with a minimum of 50% marks, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.

Age Limit: Applicants must be between 14 and 35 years old.

Entry Test: Admission will be based on an entry test conducted by Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University SZABMU.

Merit: The selection of candidates will be based on merit as per SZABMUs criteria.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided to selected female candidates in the Nursing Hostel of the hospital. Unfortunately, there is no accommodation available for male candidates.

Prospectuses for the program will be available at the College of Nursing, FGPC, Sector G-7/3-4, near Al Habib Market, Islamabad, at a cost of Rs. 2000/-. The admission form should be submitted within 15 days from the starting date of issuance to the admission office at the College of Nursing.

Prospectuses will be distributed immediately after the announcement of the Entry Test results by SZABMU.
