FBISE Fee Schedule for Urdu International Hong Kong Exams 2026

Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Islamabad, has officially released a detailed fee notification for candidates intending to appear in the Urdu International 1st Annual Exams 2026 to be held in Hong Kong. This announcement is meant to guide candidates regarding online admissions, eligibility criteria, fee payment methods, and important deadlines. Online Admission Form Submission Schedule

According to the notification, the schedule for submitting online admission forms has been finalized. Candidates can submit their forms from 9 February 2026 to 9 March 2026. All applicants are advised to complete their registration within the given timeframe to avoid any inconvenience or late penalties.

Exams Fee Details

All eligible candidates appearing in Part II or below, as per the prescribed details, are required to submit an Exams fee of US $230. The fee is mandatory for processing the admission form and confirming eligibility for the Exams.

Availability of Online Admission Forms

The FBISE has confirmed that online admission forms are available on its official website. Candidates can access the forms through the designated online portal specifically created for the Urdu International Exams. The Exams is open to Compartment/Improvement candidates, as well as Fresh candidates, all of whom must submit the prescribed fee of US $230.

Eligible Categories for the 1st Annual Exams 2026

Candidates who fall into the following categories are eligible to apply for the Urdu International 1st Annual Exams 2026. This includes students who have fully or partially failed or remained absent in the First or Second Annual Exams 2025. Additionally, candidates who have already passed are also allowed to appear for improvement in the 1st Annual Exams 2026.

Furthermore, candidates who have withdrawn their admission from the 1st or 2nd Annual Exams 2025 before the issuance of their roll number slips are exempted from paying the Exams fee for the 1st Annual Exams 2026. However, such candidates are still required to submit their admission forms to the FBISE following the standard procedure. It is also clarified that fresh candidates are not permitted to appear in supplementary Exams.

Fee Payment Methods

For the convenience of candidates, the FBISE has provided multiple options for fee payment. Candidates may pay their fees through credit card services MasterCard or Visa available on the FBISE website, which is recommended for faster processing and quick fee verification.

Alternatively, payment can be made through bank transfer using SWIFT MT-103, using commercial channels instead of internal remittance. For this method, candidates should use the designated Account Title, Account Number, and SWIFT Code provided by the board for payments through Habib Bank Limited, FBISE Branch, Islamabad.
