Official Notice Regarding Enrollment and Registration Timeline

According to the notification, the academic session will commence in March and April 2026. Institutions are required to begin the admission process in the first week of March 2026, while the last date for admission without any late fee has been fixed as 15 May 2026. After this deadline, special permission from the Chairman of the Board will be required for admission submissions.

The final date to submit admission forms with prior approval from the Chairman is 02 June 2026. For such cases, candidates within Pakistan must pay an additional fee of Rs. 1500 per candidate, while overseas candidates will be charged US$ 30 per candidate.

The last date for submitting the Registration Return along with the normal prescribed registration fee is 17 June 2026. The registration fee structure is different for local and foreign students. Candidates within Pakistan are required to pay Rs. 1500 per candidate, whereas students from abroad must submit US$ 100 per candidate.

In case of late submission of Registration Returns, institutions may submit the documents within 15 days after the announcement of the Exam or admission schedule. However, a late fee will be charged accordingly. For candidates within Pakistan, a registration fee of Rs. 1500 along with an additional Rs. 1500 per month per candidate will be applicable. Any part of a month will be counted as a full month for fee calculation. Overseas students will be required to pay US$ 100 plus US$ 30 per month per candidate under the same policy.

The notification further clarifies that in cases of late submission, institutions must forward certain verified documents along with the Registration Return. These include a copy of the Admission Form filled out at the time of enrollment, a copy of the relevant page of the Admission Withdrawal Register, a copy of the School Leaving Certificate if applicable, and a copy of the deposit slip as proof of fee submission in the institution.

The Board has clearly stated that no requests for late registration will be entertained after the final deadline mentioned in the schedule under serial number V. All institutions are therefore advised to strictly follow the prescribed dates and ensure timely submission of forms and fees to avoid penalties or rejection.
