Exam Structure and Conduct Guidelines
The Exams will begin with an Objective Type Paper at 09:00 AM, followed immediately by the practical Exams at 09:30 AM on the same day. The exam is designed to be completed within a single day. Principals and center superintendents are required to oversee the opening of Exams envelopes in the presence of the candidates. Any discrepancies, such as opened or damaged envelopes, must be reported immediately to the Superintendent Secretary at 0300-4099200, or in their absence, at 0323-5557420.

Essential Instructions for Candidates and Institutions
Institutions must ensure that student attendance is marked accurately and that the "Printed Result Evaluation Sheet" is prepared according to the board’s roll number order. Candidates marked as "Absent" must be clearly noted on the PBTE TEVTA Short courses exams 2026 date sheet, which must then be signed by both the principal and the examiner. Once completed, these documents and the original attendance sheet must be sent to the Assistant Controller of Exams at the Punjab Board of Technical Education, 21-A, Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.
