Engineering Programs Admissions 2025 open in IIEE

The Institute of Industrial Electronics Engineering IIEE, affiliated with NED University of Engineering and Technology and accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC, invites applications for admissions to its Four-Year B.E. Degree Programme in Industrial Electronics Engineering for the 2025 session.

Located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, IIEE is Pakistan’s premier institution offering specialized education in Industrial Electronics Engineering — a unique blend of electronics, automation, and control engineering, preparing graduates for high-demand technical roles in industry and R&D.

Programme Offered

Bachelor of Engineering B.E. in Industrial Electronics Engineering

Duration: 4 Years Full-time

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

Pakistani nationality

Passed HSC-II Pre-Engineering or Computer Science in 2025 and HSC-I with at least 60% marks, OR

Passed HSC/DAE or equivalent foreign qualification in 2024, 2023, or 2022 with at least 60% marks

A-Level candidates may apply with O-Level marks and entry test results final admission subject to IBCC equivalence and minimum 60% marks

Entry Test Requirement: Must score at least 50% marks in the Pre-Admission Test either conducted by IIEE or NED-UET

Pre-Admission Entry Test

Applicants can choose one of the following options:

Category I: IIEE Entry Test

Conducted at NED University Main Campus in Karachi or PCSIR-LLC, Lahore

Test result with minimum 50% marks required

Category II: NED-UET Entry Test

Applicants may submit scores from NED University’s official Pre-Admission Test with minimum 50% marks

Test weightage for admission will be combined with academic performance on a 50/50 basis.

Merit Calculation

50% weightage from HSC-I / equivalent exam

50% weightage from Entry Test IIEE/NED

Final admission is provisional until submission and verification of HSC-II or IBCC equivalence with at least 60% marks
