Educational Institute Except Sindh Not to Close

Federal government has made the decision that the educational institutes all over the country except Sindh will not be closed. The meeting of the Federal Education Minister and Provincial Ministers was conducted, in which the matters of the Corona SOPs were discussed and different options were considered to follow the Corona protocols. The federal government has the stance that Educational Institute Except Sindh Not to Close.

Sindh Education Minister said that the COVID-19 situation in Sindh and particularly in Karachi is not satisfactory and the number of patients of Corona in Karachi is high and keeping in view, this situation, Sindh government is not in position to open the schools and colleges. The minister said that the educational institutes in Karachi will remain close till 8 august 2021 and after that this situation will be reviewed. After improvement in the situation, the remaining papers of inter class part 2 will be completed. In other provinces of the country, the schools and colleges will not be closed and the academic activities will be continued and the attendance in the classes will be 50% and vaccination of the educational staff will be ensured to 100%.
