DUHS Semester III Retake Exam Schedule 2026 Update for BSMT

The Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS has officially announced the examination program for the Second Year BS Medical Technology Semester-III Retake Examination 2025 under the Old Policy. This notification is specifically intended for students enrolled in Clinical Ophthalmic Technology and Surgical Technology programs.

The examinations are scheduled to be held at the Dow Medical College, situated on Baba-e-Urdu Road, Karachi. The university has set clear timelines for these assessments to ensure students can fulfill their academic requirements for the designated semester.

Exam Schedule and Subjects

All theory papers under this program are scheduled to be held between 03:00 pm and 04:00 pm. Candidates are advised to note the following dates for their respective subjects:

Clinical Ophthalmic Technology

August 6, 2026: Diagnosis and Management of Common Eye Disorders-I MTOP405
August 7, 2026: Ocular Anatomy and Physiology-I MTOP403
August 8, 2026: Pharmacology PHARM 401

Surgical Technology

August 13, 2026: Applied General Surgical Pathophysiology-I MTST405

Important Examination Hall Regulations

To maintain the integrity of the Semester III Retake Examination 2025, the DUHS has enforced strict protocols for all examinees. Any violation of these rules may lead to immediate expulsion from the hall.

Documentation: Students must produce their original Admit Card, Enrolment Card, or College Identity Card upon demand.
Stationery: Candidates are required to bring their own #2½ HB 6000 or #2-7000 pencils, along with a sharpener and eraser.
Prohibited Items: Electronic devices, such as mobile phones, cameras, Bluetooth gadgets, and audio recorders, are strictly forbidden inside the premises.
Punctuality: Students must be seated at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Academic Conduct: Resorting to unfair means or causing disturbances is a severe offense that could result in a disqualification of up to four years.
