Dubai Schools Summer Vacation Start before Eid ul Adha
The Schools located in Dubai are going to announce their summer vacation for a duration of nine weeks. The summer vacations in Dubai Schools will be started from 26 June 2023 and it is expected that the Eid ul Adha will be celebrated on the expected dates from 27 to 30 June 2023. The students and teachers should get the news of Dubai Schools summer Vacation Start before Eid ul Adha.
United Arab Emirates has announced the schedule for the year 2023 – 24 academic year and the new academic year will be started on 28 August 2023 soon after finishing of the summer vacations.
According to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority of Dubai shared the guidelines that some flexibility has been granted to the schools to determine the ending of the dates of their academic year.
GEMs World Academy will observe the last day of their summer term on 7 July and Dubai International Academy will finish the term on 26 June according to the dates set by KHDA.
KHDA stressed over the point that the academic year cannot end before 28 June and many schools are going to finish the academic year on this date before the eid break. KHDA will announce the holidays of Eid ul Adha officially for Dubai schools after sighting of the moon.
It is expected that the new Islamic year will be started on 21 July and the birthday eid of the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH will be expected on 29 September 2023.
