 The Directorate of Colleges & Higher Education, Balochistan invites applications from eligible candidates holding domicile of Balochistan for admission 2025 into various colleges and universities across Pakistan. These admissions are open for BS Four-Year Programs and BS 5th Semester Two-Year Programs for the academic session 2025. The admissions will be conducted under the Admission Policy 2019.

Eligibility and Admission Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed their Intermediate Annual Examination HSSC Part-II in 2025 or in any of the previous three years, securing a minimum of 45% marks.
Candidates awaiting their HSSC results may apply using a Hope Certificate for BS Programs only.

Merit Calculation:
Admission merit will be based on a combination of 50% academic marks and 50% entry test marks.
The entry test will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions MCQs. Candidates must score at least 50% 75/150 marks in the entry test to qualify.

Age Limits:
Maximum age 22 years for BS/B.Sc/BBA/LLB after 12 years of education
Maximum age 26 years for BS 5th Semester Programs after 14 years of education

Application Procedure
Application Fee:
A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 must be paid via challan slip available on the application portal. The fee is payable in any branch of UBL before submitting the online application.

Application Deadline:
Applications and fee payments are accepted from 25th July to 15th August 2025. No late submissions will be entertained.

Submission of Documents:
Candidates must enter their HSSC Part-II Roll Number and expected or obtained marks during application.
Students from Balochistan Board BBISE Quetta must enter their roll numbers accordingly.

Choice of Discipline and Institute:
Candidates must carefully select their desired programs and institutions during application, as no changes will be allowed after submission.

Note: Some universities require candidates to also apply directly on their respective admission portals.

Important Instructions
Candidates must bring original CNIC, paid challan slip, student identity card, admission slip, recent passport size photo, and signature to the entry test.
The entry test schedule and venue will be announced via newspapers and the official website.
Local certificates of shortlisted candidates must be verified by the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district before final selection.
Candidates failing to meet the eligibility or university-specific requirements will be disqualified at any stage.
Candidates applying for LLB 5-year degree must have a valid LAT Test score before applying.
For BS 5th Semester/Post-ADP candidates: Applicants must have passed their last degree and submit the final result before the entry test result is declared. Currently enrolled students in BS programs are not eligible for 5th Semester admissions.

Entry Test
The entry test will consist of 150 MCQs; a minimum score of 75 is required to qualify.
Merit lists will be prepared based on a 50/50 weightage of academic marks and entry test scores.
Candidates must frequently check the official website for updates regarding the test.
