How to Hunarmand Naujawan Apply Online 2026
Eligible candidates can complete the Hunarmand Naujawan Apply Online 2026 process via the official PSDF portal at
www.psdf.org.pk/empowering-rural-women. Applicants must be between 21 to 40 years old and hold a minimum of 16 years of education Masters or equivalent. Final selection is based on an initial online assessment and rural residency verification.
