CUSIT Pharm-D Fall 2026 Revised Revised Date Sheet Out

The Examinations Section at the City University of Science and Information Technology CUSIT Peshawar officially released the revised Fall 2026 mid-term examination date sheet for Pharm-D students on October 26, 2026. Issued under Revised Date Sheet No. 1575i, the date sheet outlines system-based exams SBE running through late October 2026 and beyond, providing undergraduate pharmacy candidates in Peshawar with their updated assessment timelines.

This timely announcement serves as an essential roadmap for enrolled scholars, helping them organize their revision schedules, track subject dates, and align their preparation with institutional guidelines.

Pharm-D Fall 2026 Revised Exam date sheet

The mid-term papers are structured across the following dates:

October 26, 2026 Monday: Drug Delivery Systems & Formulation Science - I, Pharmacology & Therapeutics-IIA, Pharmaceutics-IVA Industrial Pharmacy, and Pharmacy Practice-VIA Advanced Clinical Pharmacy-II.

October 27, 2026 Tuesday: Pharmacy Practice-IVA Hospital Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics-VIIA Pharmaceutical Technology, and Basic Pharmaceutical Microbiology.

October 28, 2026 Wednesday: Pharmaceutics-IIIA Pharmaceutical Microbiology & Immunology, Pharmacognosy-IIA Advanced, and Pharmacology & Therapeutics-IA.

October 29, 2026 Thursday: Pharmacology & Therapeutics - I, Pharmacy Practice-VA Clinical Pharmacy-1, Pathology for 5th Semester only, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-IVA Medicinal Chemistry, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry-IIIA Pharmaceutical Analysis.

October 30, 2026 Friday: Pathology for 3rd Semester only, Pharmaceutics-VA Biopharmaceutics & Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacy Practice-VIIIA Pharmaceutical Management & Marketing, and Pharmacognosy - Basic I.

October 31, 2026 Saturday: Pharmacy Practice-IIA Dispensing Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics-VIA Pharmaceutical Quality Management, Pharmacy Practice-VIIA Forensic Pharmacy, and Pharmaceutics-IA Physical Pharmacy.

Later On: Pharmaceutical Chemistry-IA Organic and Pharmaceutical Chemistry-IIA Biochemistry.

Important Examination Rules & Policies

All candidates appearing for the mid-term examinations must strictly follow CUSITs regulatory framework:

Portal Tracking: Students are required to check LMS and DiCamp notifications on a daily basis for exact paper timings and room venues.

No Makeup Exams: Students who fail to appear in the said examination will not be allowed a makeup exam under any circumstances.

Official Updates: Students are advised to regularly check the notice board, CUSIT official website, or DiCamp for any modifications.

Strict Prohibited Items: The use of mobile phones, smart watches, and e-gadgets is strictly prohibited, leading to at least a fine of Rs. 30,000/-, cancellation of the paper, and expulsion from the university.

Mandatory Identification: No student will be allowed to appear in an exam without a valid University I.D. card, which must be kept displayed during the test.

Practicals: Mid-term practicals, if any, will be conducted by concerned teachers in their respective classes, and students should contact their teachers for details.

Moon Sighting: The date sheet may be rescheduled subject to the sighting of the moon Islamic dates, if applicable.
