City University of Science & Information Technology CUSIT Peshawar has officially released the Mid Term Examination Date Sheet 2025 for its Pharm D program. Students enrolled in the CUSIT Pharm D Mid Term Exams 2025 should take note of the exam schedule and important guidelines to ensure a smooth examination process.

The Mid Term Examinations for Spring-2025 will be conducted as per the following schedule:

Important Instructions for Students
- Students with a clash or missing subjects must report to the Examinations Section before 21-03-2025.
- No Makeup Examinations will be conducted under any circumstances.
- Students must regularly check the CUSIT Notice Board, Official Website, or DICAMP Account for updates or changes.
- Mid Term Practical exams, if applicable, will be conducted in respective classes by concerned teachers.
- University I.D. Cards are mandatory for entry into the examination hall.
