The Directorate of Technical Education, Balochistan, is officially inviting applications from qualified candidates for the three-year CTTI Islamabad DAE course for the academic session 2026. This opportunity is exclusively available to residents of the Balochistan Province, with 62 reserved seats allocated at the Construction Technology Training Institute CTTI in Islamabad.
 
Available Technical Disciplines and Seat Allocation
 
The program offers specialized technical training across five key disciplines designed to meet industry demands. The seat distribution is as follows:
 
Civil Technology: 15 seats.
Civil with Specialization in Quantity Survey Technology: 14 seats.
Mechanical Technology with Specialization in Construction Machinery: 15 seats.
Auto & Diesel Technology: 14 seats.
Information Communication Technology: 04 seats.
 
Eligibility Criteria and Merit Policy
 
To ensure high standards of technical education, only candidates who have obtained at least 60% marks in Matriculation are eligible to apply. The merit list will be further enhanced through additional weightage, where 05% additional marks are awarded to F.A./F.Sc. certificate holders, and 20% extra marks are reserved for Hafiz-ul-Quran.
 
Application Guidelines and Required Documentation
 
Interested applicants must obtain the CTTI Islamabad short courses admissions 2026 forms from the Directorate of Technical Education Balochistan, located near Commerce College, Brewery Road, Quetta Basement of Directorate Education Schools Building. Completed applications must be submitted by the deadline of 15th July 2026.
 
Applicants are required to submit the following documents with their application:
 
Two copies of the Matric certificate with D.M.C.
Two copies of the Local/Domicile certificate
Two copies of a character certificate
Three fresh passport-size photographs
Four registered non-written envelopes
A postal order for Rs. 500/-, or payment by cash for the application fee
An affidavit on a Rs. 15/- non-judicial stamp paper, duly attested by a 1st Class Magistrate, confirming possession of only one original Local/Domicile certificate and verifying that the candidate was not previously selected on a reserved seat.
