Commonwealth Masters & PhD Scholarships
Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in UK offers Commonwealth Scholarship Scheme introduced by the UK government, which leads to the international development objectives. These scholarships are offered to the students and CSC have been funded over 30,000 students since 1960 so that they can study in UK and they can acquire higher education, skills and they can build their networks to compete the global development challenges. The candidates should note that the CSC portal is open for the online application by the final date of 18 October 2022.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must note the eligibility criteria and they meet the CSC requirements, they will be considered for award of these scholarships:
• The candidates must be Pakistani / AJK nationals and they must be a permanent residents of Pak / AJK and dual nationals are ineligible.
• The candidates must have first class master degree qualification for the postgraduate scholarship 16 years bachelor/master degree in a relevant field by the closing date of application portal of HEC.
• The applicants must hold first class postgraduate degree qualification for the PhD scholarship 17 / 18 years Master / MS / MPhil degree in the relevant field by the closing date of the application portal of HEC.
• The candidates must have no second or third division in terminal or last degree. The result awaiting candidates do not apply for the scholarships.
• The candidates need to provide a HAT test score of 60 out of 100 in the test.
Application Procedure
The candidates need to submit online applications at Commonwealth ad HEC portals. The candidates need to follow the step 1 for Commonwealth Online Application with the use of CSC online application system. For the master degree scholarship, the candidates can click to apply for the master degree scholarship. For the PhD degree scholarship, the candidates can apply for the PhD scholarship.
The candidates need to submit online applications at Commonwealth ad HEC portals. The candidates need to follow the step 1 for Commonwealth Online Application with the use of CSC online application system. For the master degree scholarship, the candidates can click to apply for the master degree scholarship. For the PhD degree scholarship, the candidates can apply for the PhD scholarship.
The candidates can apply online for the scholarship after registering and filling the profile, by selecting “Learning Opportunities Abroad”. The candidates can submit their application forms by the final date of 18 October 2022.
