CMT-PIMS Admissions 2025 Three Year Diploma Programs
The College of Medical Technology CMT-PIMS, a renowned institution affiliated with Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences PIMS, Islamabad, invites applications from enthusiastic and eligible male and female students for admission in the following two-year diploma programs F.Sc Level for the session 2025–2027.
F.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology
F.Sc Medical Imaging Technology
F.Sc Dental Hygiene Technology
F.Sc Operation Theatre Technology
F.Sc Ophthalmic Technology
F.Sc Physiotherapy Technology
Eligibility Criteria:
Matric with Science Biology, Chemistry & Physics
Minimum 50% marks in science subjects Grade A to C required
Maximum age limit: 20 years as of the date of advertisement
Fresh matric students will be preferred
Students awaiting SSC 2025 results may apply with a Hope Certificate
F.A/F.Sc pass-outs are not eligible
Both male and female students are eligible
Quota for disabled candidates disability certificate required
Government employees must apply through the proper channel NOC required by 16 August 2025
Domicile certificate is mandatory
Candidates cannot transfer from one discipline to another after selection
Admission will be granted based on matric marks and official quota policy

Admission forms available at CMT, PIMS Islamabad
Form & Prospectus Fee: Rs. 700/- non-refundable
Last Date to Apply: 16 August 2025
Apply for multiple courses by submitting a separate form for each, clearly stating course preference

Matric marksheet
CNIC / B-Form
Father/Guardian CNIC
Domicile certificate
Two passport-size photos one attested on back
Disability certificate if applicable
Migration Certificate after admission
PIMS quota applicants must attach pay slip or service card
