Class 1 to Class 8 School Classes will remain close till Eid

1st to 8th Class Schools will remain close till Eid ul Fitr 2021 as per emergency meeting attended by all the Educational ministers of Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK, Gilgit Biltastan via video link, which was held to discuss the reopening of schools classes.

All the educational ministers agree to start board classes. NCOC official conveyed that it is better to not to open educational institutes due to rapid increase of corona cases in Pakistan.

It was decided in the meeting that school from class 1 to class 8 will remain close till the Eid ul Fitr 2021, while institutes for class 9, class 10, class 11 and class 12 will open on alternative days from 19th April 2021, so that students can prepare for board exams. All the exams for A-Level, O-Level and board exams will be as per scheduled date sheet 2021. Education in the Universities will continue, while Universities will more percentage of corona will continue online classes, so that educational year will continue and results 2021 can be prepared on time.
