Cambridge Education System Reschedules Exams in Pakistan
Karachi, Cambridge Assessment International Education has rescheduled the annual exams, which are going to be conducted under ‘O-level’ and ‘IGCSEs’ and after their rescheduling, the exams will be held after 15-05-2021. The Cambridge Assessment International Education has made this decision on the request of Pakistan and now the declaration has been issued. It is expected that the O-level first paper will be held on the next day of Eid ul Fitr and the A-level and AS exams schedule has not been changed and these exams will be held from 26-04-2021. After the increase in cases of COVID-19 in the educational institutes of Punjab and KPK, it became impossible to manage the A-level and O-level exams together. It is reported that about 90 thousand students will appear in the A and O level exams, in which 50 thousand students of the rescheduled exams will be included in it.
