BZU Multan Honhaar Scholarship Schedule
Multan: The Scholarship Cell/Financial Aid Office of Bahauddin Zakariya University BZU, Multan, has announced an extension for the submission of legal documents for the Honhaar Scholarship Program Phase-III. Following numerous queries from awardees and changes in the convocation schedule, the Director of the Scholarship Cell, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Sohail Arshad, has extended the final date to February 23, 2026.
Submission Guidelines and Safety Warnings
The University administration has issued several critical instructions to ensure a smooth and secure process:
- Beware of Scammers: Students are warned against unregistered Notary Public officials and stamp vendors providing fake or incomplete documents. Awardees must strictly follow official guidelines.
- No Direct Submissions: The Scholarship Cell will not accept documents directly from students. All paperwork must be submitted to respective Departmental Focal Persons or DSAs, who will then forward them to the Cell.
- Mandatory Notarization: Documents must be valid, complete, and duly notarized by a registered Notary Public, including a notarized registration number. Incomplete or un-attested documents will be rejected.
- Eligibility Criteria: Students who have ped out, left the university, or frozen their semesters are ineligible to submit documents.
- Bank Account Details: Awardees are informed that bank account numbers are not required at this stage; they will be requested separately when needed.
The University emphasizes that it is the sole responsibility of the student to provide authentic documents. Awardees are urged to remain vigilant and meet the new deadline of February 23 to secure their scholarship benefits.
