BUET BEEF Out of Province Scholarship Program 2025
The Balochistan Educational Endowment Fund BEEF has announced the BEEF Out of Province Scholarship Program 2025, a significant opportunity for talented students of Balochistan University of Engineering & Technology BUET Khuzdar. This initiative supports academically outstanding students enrolled in various degree programs outside the province under the BEEF Scholarship Policy 2024-25.
Following the successful Scholarship Policy 2023-24, where Rs. 154.4 million were awarded to 1,838 students, the current policy continues to offer scholarships for 4 & 5 years BS programs, 2-year Master’s, and 2-year MS/MPhil degree programs.
Eligible Degree Programs and Criteria:
- BS/Professional Programs 4 & 5 Years: Students enrolled from Spring/Fall 2021 to 2024 must submit relevant semester results or FA/FSc marks.
- Master’s Programs 2 Years: Students in Part 2 with 1st to 2nd semester results.
- MS/MPhil Programs 2 Years: Those in coursework or research stages with valid CGPA scores.
To qualify, students must be local/domiciled residents of Balochistan, enrolled in public sector or BEEF-approved private panel institutions outside Balochistan, and have secured at least 60% marks or 3.0 CGPA, with their names included in the BUET Merit List 2025.
Special Quota Scholarships are available for orphans, disabled, minority, and transgender students, provided they submit complete documentation. Students already receiving other scholarships are ineligible.
Application Process: Applicants must apply through the Financial Aid Office FAO or focal person of their institution. Direct submissions to BEEF are not accepted. Required documents include transcripts, domicile, CNIC/B-Form, and two passport-size photos.
This scholarship also complements the upcoming BUET Admissions 2025, reinforcing the university’s commitment to academic excellence and inclusive education for the youth of Balochistan.
