BISE Sargodha Revises Fee for Certificate Verification
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Sargodha has officially announced a revised fee structure for certificate verification and duplicate document services. The update, approved during the Board of Governors BoG meeting held on June 26, 2025, was shared via a notification issued by Controller of Examinations, Riaz Qadeer, and has already come into effect.
According to the new structure, the certificate verification fee for departments and students is now set at Rs. 2,000, while individuals seeking personal certificate verification within Pakistan will be charged Rs. 3,500.
Additionally, the duplicate certificate fee has been updated to Rs. 5,000 for ordinary processing and Rs. 6,000 for urgent requests. For those needing a triplicate certificate, the board has set the new fee at Rs. 12,000.
Students applying for duplicate result cards will now pay Rs. 2,000 for standard processing and Rs. 3,000 for urgent issuance.
Controller Riaz Qadeer emphasized that these changes aim to improve transparency and align the board’s services with current operational demands. The revised fees are applicable to all applicants from July 2025 onward and are part of a broader effort to streamline service delivery across the board.
