LARKANA – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Larkano has officially released the revised date sheet for the SSC Part-I Class 9th and SSC Part-II Class 10th Annual Examinations 2026. This announcement comes as a vital update for thousands of students across the Larkana division who have been waiting for the final timeline to streamline their exam preparations.
A Significant Shift in the Academic Calendar
Initially, there was much speculation regarding the start dates for the 2026 matriculation exams. However, according to the official notification issued by the Controller of Examinations, the papers are now set to commence on April 7, 2026.
This revised schedule provides students with a clearer window for revision. The exams will be conducted in two distinct shifts—Morning and Evening—to accommodate the large number of candidates appearing from districts including Larkana, Kamber-Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, and Kashmore.
Examination Session Timings
To avoid any confusion on the big day, students should memorize their session timings:
- Morning Shift: Starts at 09:00 AM and concludes at 12:00 NOON.
- Evening Shift: Starts at 02:00 PM and concludes at 05:00 PM.
Key Subject Highlights First Week
The examination marathon kicks off with heavy-hitter subjects. On the opening day, Tuesday, April 7, the Morning session will host Physics-I Science Group and Islamic History-I General Group. Meanwhile, the Evening session will see 10th-grade students appearing for Biology-II and Computer Science-II.
Vital Instructions for Candidates
The BISE Larkano board has emphasized a strict "No Tolerance" policy for the 2026 session.
- Mandatory Documents: You will not be allowed to enter the hall without your original Roll Number Slip and Enrollment Card. Photocopies may not be accepted.
- Mobile Phone Ban: The use of mobile phones or any electronic gadgets within the premises is strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate disqualification.
- Reporting Time: Human proctors recommend reaching the center at least 45 minutes early to find your seat comfortably.
