BISE Kohat HSSC Annual II Re Totalling Result 2025 Announced
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Kohat has officially declared the HSSC Annual-II Examination 2025 re-totalling results. This announcement brings an end to the wait for many intermediate students who applied for a recount of their marks to ensure accuracy in their final grading.
According to the official notification released by the Controller of Examinations, the board has processed all re-totalling applications for the 2nd Annual exams. While many students saw "No Change" in their status, a specific group of candidates successfully had their marks updated.

The board has published a list of roll numbers that have been "Changed" following the scrutiny process. Students whose roll numbers are not included in the official list are advised that their marks remain the same as previously declared. The updated roll numbers include 483, 735, 5962, 11083, 14666, 16595, 19710, 20136, 24784, 25325, 31434, 36257, 39167, 100071, and 104296.
Important Instructions for Students
Candidates with a "Changed" status must take immediate action to update their academic records. The board requires these students to:
- Visit the Secrecy Section of BISE Kohat.
- Surrender their previous original Detailed Marks Certificate DMC.
- Collect their fresh, updated DMCs.
The collection process is scheduled to begin on Monday, 2nd March 2026. This update is crucial for students planning to apply for higher education or competitive exams, as the revised marks can significantly impact their merit positions.
