Pearl Model School & College came under serious scrutiny after students were reportedly denied roll number slips for the ongoing SSC and HSSC Exams. According to an official communication issued by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Kohat, the issue emerged because the institution allegedly failed to complete the registration and admission process of its students within the prescribed deadline. Reports also claimed that the school administration collected Exams fees from students but did not deposit them with the board authorities. Kohat Board Announces Special Measures for Affected Students
To protect the academic future of the affected candidates, the Kohat Board introduced several emergency relief measures. Students have been allowed to complete their registration and admission process even after the official closing date. The board also permitted direct registration of students through BISE Kohat despite procedural complications related to regular candidates. In addition, arrangements were announced for the re-conduct of the missed Exams paper after the completion of the current exam schedule.
Legal Action Likely Against School Administration
The notification further stated that the institution allegedly committed financial misconduct by misusing the fees collected from students. Parents reportedly registered an FIR against those responsible, while district administration and police authorities are expected to take legal action. The board emphasized that strict steps are being taken to safeguard the educational future of hundreds of students affected by the situation.
