BISE AJK HSSC and Medical Tech First Annual Exams 2026

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur AJK has released the admission schedule for the First Annual Exams 2026 for several programs including the Higher Secondary School Certificate, Medical Technology, and Al‑Sinnah Sharqia classes. The board has indicated that these Exams are likely to take place during the third week of May 2026. Students enrolled in these programs, whether regular candidates from affiliated institutions or private candidates, must carefully follow the guidelines and deadlines announced by the board in order to complete their admission process successfully. Timeline for Online Admission Forms and Fee Submission for Inter and Medical Technology Exams

According to the notification issued by the Exam authorities, candidates are required to submit their admission forms online through the official admission portal and deposit the prescribed Exam fee according to the fee structure set by the board. It is important for students to complete both the online form submission and the fee payment within the specified time limits. In addition, the hard copy of the admission forms must also be submitted to the board office according to the schedule provided by the board.

The board has issued a detailed timeline explaining the different phases of admission form submission. Candidates who wish to apply with the regular or single Exam fee can submit their forms online from 2 February 2026 to 12 March 2026. The hard copy of these forms must reach the board office by 16 March 2026. Students who miss this period will still have another opportunity to apply by paying a double Exam fee. For this category, the online form submission will remain open from 13 March 2026 to 20 March 2026, and the printed copies of the forms must be submitted to the board by 24 March 2026.

The board has also provided several additional deadlines for candidates who fail to submit their forms during the earlier stages. Students who apply by paying a triple fee can submit their forms from 21 March 2026 to 25 March 2026, and the hard copies must reach the board office by 1 April 2026. Candidates applying with four times the normal fee can submit their forms online from 26 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, and the board will receive the hard copies until 4 April 2026.

Further extensions have also been allowed for late applicants. Students paying five times the regular fee may submit their forms online from 1 April 2026 to 5 April 2026, and the printed forms must reach the board office by 9 April 2026. Those submitting with six times the regular fee can apply from 6 April 2026 to 10 April 2026, while the hard copy submission deadline for this stage is 14 April 2026.

The schedule continues with additional late submission options. Candidates who pay seven times the regular fee can submit their online forms from 11 April 2026 to 15 April 2026, and the board will accept the printed forms until 19 April 2026. Similarly, students applying with eight times the regular fee can complete the online process between 16 April 2026 and 20 April 2026, with the hard copies required by 24 April 2026.

For candidates who still fail to meet these deadlines, the board has provided two final opportunities. Students submitting their forms with nine times the regular fee may apply online from 21 April 2026 to 25 April 2026, while the printed forms must be delivered to the board by 29 April 2026. The final stage allows students to submit their admission forms with ten times the regular fee between 26 April 2026 and 30 April 2026, and the hard copy must be submitted by 5 May 2026.

All candidates are strongly advised to carefully read the instructions issued by the board before filling out their admission forms online. They should ensure that the information entered in the admission portal is correct and that the required fee is deposited according to the specified fee structure.
